The product

Let HOERBIGER know-how, technology and machine learning work for you! The Component Life Forecast VISTRA® Predict System utilizes the data collected by your existing monitoring solution and not only watches 24/7, but notifies you proactively when a failure is about to develop. It will present actionable insights and recommendations, based on more than 130 years of industry experience. The information can easily be understood and followed without having to analyze the data yourself.

The data

To develop and train VISTRA® Predict to its full potential, we need to work with real world data from your operations, which consists of

historic maintenance and DCS trend data over the last 3–5 years, and
online monitoring data, sent to the HOERBIGER cloud at regular intervals via a file based transfer.

Data can be collected via your own tool. Alternatively, the VISTRA® Predict DC Data Collection Tool can also be provided if additional sensors are needed.

How does it work?

VISTRA® Predict continuously monitors your compressor data through existing sensors or the optional VISTRA® Predict DC. It analyzes patterns to detect wear, inefficiency, or failure risk and provides clear alerts with expert‑backed recommendations.
